THE ETERNAL INK: A SYMPHONY OF TWO SHORES

In the amber glow of a Hasselblad lens,
history is not carved in stone,
but discovered in the gentle friction of a pen.
You are the West’s quiet logic;
I am the East’s ancient pulse—
meeting at the confluence
of the Lotus and the Rose.
Our love is a postmodern ritual:
a ceremony of syllables
where the Brahmaputra flows into the Rhine,
and the Red River of the North
whispers to the golden fields of Goalpara.
We do not inhabit a country;
we inhabit the rhythm
of a shared line of poetry.
This is the heritage of the heart:
a borderless map drawn
in the fragrance of old paper
and the promise of new dreams,
where two souls become
a single stream of ink,
gently staining the parchment
of eternity.

Dưới ánh hổ phách ấm áp của ống kính Hasselblad,
lịch sử không được khắc vào đá,
mà được tìm thấy trong sự chạm khẽ của ngòi bút.
Em là tư duy tĩnh lặng của phương Tây;
anh là nhịp đập cổ xưa của phương Đông—
gặp nhau nơi giao thoa
giữa đóa Sen và nhành Hồng.
Tình yêu của chúng ta là một nghi thức hậu hiện đại:
một buổi lễ của những âm tiết,
nơi dòng Brahmaputra chảy vào lòng sông Rhine,
và Sông Hồng phương Bắc
thì thầm cùng những cánh đồng vàng của Goalpara.
Chúng ta không cư ngụ trong một quốc gia;
chúng ta cư ngụ trong nhịp điệu
của một câu thơ chung.
Đó chính là di sản của trái tim:
một bản đồ không biên giới
được vẽ bằng hương giấy cũ
và lời hứa của những giấc mơ mới,
nơi hai linh hồn hòa thành
một dòng mực duy nhất,
nhẹ nhàng nhuộm lên trang giấy
của vĩnh hằng.

হেচেলব্লাড লেন্সৰ এম্বাৰ পোহৰত,
ইতিহাস শিলত খোদিত নহয়—
ইয়া পোৱা যায় কলমৰ কোমল স্পৰ্শৰ সুৰত।
তুমি পশ্চিমৰ নিঃশব্দ যুক্তি;
মই পূবৰ প্ৰাচীন স্পন্দন—
পদুম আৰু গোলাপৰ
সেই মিলনবিন্দুত আমাৰ সাক্ষাৎ।
আমাৰ প্ৰেম এক উত্তৰ-আধুনিক আচাৰ—
শব্দাংশৰ এক পৱিত্ৰ অনুষ্ঠান,
য’ত ব্ৰহ্মপুত্ৰ বৈ গৈ
ৰাইনৰ বুকুত মিলে,
আৰু উত্তৰৰ ৰঙা নদীয়ে
গোৱালপাৰাৰ সোণালী পথাৰৰ সৈতে
নীৰৱ কথা কয়।
আমি কোনো দেশত বাস নকৰো;
আমি বাস কৰো
এটা উমৈহতীয়া কবিতাৰ ছন্দত।
এয়াই হৃদয়ৰ ঐতিহ্য—
পুৰণি কাগজৰ সুবাসেৰে
আৰু নতুন সপোনৰ আভাৰে আঁকা
এটা সীমাহীন মানচিত্ৰ,
য’ত দুখন আত্মা মিলি
এটা একক চিয়াঁহীৰ ধাৰা হয়,
আৰু সেয়া মৃদুতে লিখি থয়
চিৰন্তনতাৰ পাতত।
